Plot and Gameplay
The game's story revolves around Ana Flores and her college friends, who are searching for her missing sister Maria near the fictional town of Newt, Texas. The group ends up being captured by the Slaughter family, a group of cannibal maniacs. Players participate in matches by taking on the role of either a family member or a victim. Each match includes three family members and four victims, making a total of seven players.
